HisabMitra is a digital sales, purchase, billing, and party ledger management application designed to assist small and medium businesses in maintaining financial transactions, tracking party balances, and generating PDF invoices.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete business information when using the Service.
• Legal & Tax Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all invoices, financial reports, tax calculations (such as GST), and transaction records comply with relevant local laws and regulations.

• Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all transaction data and business records created within HisabMitra.
• Data Backups: Although HisabMitra offers cloud syncing and backup capabilities, we strongly encourage users to regularly export or backup their accounting data locally. We are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, lost devices, or unauthorized access to your device.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial activities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the HisabMitra application code or architecture.
• Interfering with, overloading, or compromising the operational integrity or security of our servers and databases.

The HisabMitra application, design, logos, trademarks, software code, and interface elements are the exclusive intellectual property of HisabMitra. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the Service software or branding.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HisabMitra does not warrant that the application will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. The software is not a substitute for professional legal or chartered accounting services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HisabMitra and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or financial discrepancies resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service or engage in illegal activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
